About másLabor

American business. At the heart of what we do.

For more than three decades, másLabor has helped employers across all 50 states build legal seasonal workforces that return year after year.

It began with someone who had already spent twenty years arguing the employer's case.

másLabor was established in 2003 by Libby Whitley, who came to it after two decades in Washington advocating on behalf of agricultural and other seasonal employers. She had spent those years watching the same problem from the inside. The federal programs built to give American businesses a legal workforce had become so complex that the employers who needed them most could not practically use them.

So she built the company that would run them properly.

In 2022, másLabor merged with AgWorks H2, LLC, a Georgia-based H-2A and H-2B provider that already ranked among the largest in the country. Together, másLabor now obtains labor certifications for more than 70,000 workers a year, more than the next three service providers combined.

The job has not changed since 2003. Someone has to know these programs well enough that the employer never has to.

Our general counsel, Tom Bortnyk, has briefed Congress on the state of agricultural labor and has petitioned the Department of Labor directly on wage methodology.
